Our family has loved and raised AKC registered puppies in southwest
Iowa for 20 years. We have always prefered the cuddly, lap size companions. We specialize in Miniature Pinscher, Lhasa Apso, Pugs and Yorkshire Terriers. Healthy, cute and cuddly, AKC registered puppies are available for the holidays.
Our Miniature Pinschers are bred small. We produce the black and rust, the reds and also the chocolate. The MIN
PIN is a lively and courageous animal - brave beyond its size.
Min Pins are a very lively and loving pet. They are
a very delightful pet that will entertain you with their antics. They are an excellent watchdog despite their small size.
They are very inquisitive and alert - nothing will happen around them that they will not know about.
We will accept payment by Cashiers Check, Money Order, Direct Deposit ( call
and we will send you the neccessary information), Western
Union (www.WesternUnion.com) or Personal Check
(allow 3 weeks for personal check to clear before delivery of puppy).

Each puppy is AKC registered - - will have been vet checked - shots current
and can be carefully delivered to you.
$100 deposit will hold your puppy -
balance due before puppy is delivered.

Mini Pins are very easy to take care of. Comb and brush, bathe only when neccesary and
trim toe nails. Loose hair can be removed with a warm, damp cloth. It also makes for a quick clean-up.
Tails will be docked, dew claws removed and ears will be cropped - unless you
request otherwise.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
We offer a 14-day guarantee on any sickness, provided buyer has puppy inspected by a licensed veterinarian
within 3 days of delivery. Our puppies are guaranteed against parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, kennel cough, or other communicable
diseases. We offer a 1 year guarantee on any hereditary health problem.We do not do refunds. We will replace with
a puppy of the same value. In such an event, buyer shall provide seller with written explanation from a licensed veterinarian
as to the nature of the problem. The puppy will be returned to us along with the registration papers at the buyers
expense. We will get a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice. If the problem proves to be genetic,
we will replace the puppy. To be eligible for this entire guarantee, proof that the buyer had taken the puppy to a
licenced veterianian within 3 days of delivery must be provided. If the puppy is transfered to another person
- this guarantee is void. BREEDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYER'S VETERINARIAN BILLS.
